Tell us what you are trying to decide.

You do not need a finished scope of work. The most useful first message describes a decision someone has to make, the evidence you wish you had, and roughly when you need it. We will tell you honestly whether we are a good fit.

How this form works

Completing the fields below prepares a message in your own email application rather than submitting it to us directly. When you select Prepare my email, a new draft opens in whichever mail program your device uses, addressed to us and already formatted with everything you have entered.

Nothing is sent until you review and send that draft yourself. You keep the message in your own sent folder, and you are free to edit it, add attachments, or copy a colleague before it goes.

If no draft opens, your browser may not have a mail application configured. You can write to us directly at contact@eropointsolutions.com.

Please do not include student-level or otherwise confidential data in this form.

Because your message is sent from your own email account, nothing reaches us until you send it. We use what you send only to respond to your inquiry. We do not add anyone to a mailing list and we do not share contact details with third parties.

What happens next

Next steps before anyone signs anything.

A short call

Thirty minutes on the decision you are facing. No deck. If we are not the right firm, we will say so and, where we can, point you toward someone who is.

A written approach

If there is a fit, you receive a short written outline of the proposed method, deliverables, timeline, and cost — specific enough to take to a board or a procurement office.

Scope agreed in writing

Before collection begins, we agree in writing on milestones, decision points, who signs off on what, and how findings will be shared. Surprises at delivery are a project management failure, not a client problem.
